Ratings and reviews

This is a pretty awful app. The process is unclear and you are charged £30 per session to validate the account. Yesterday I tried to use it to charge the car twice, £60 was reserved in my bank account and i was not able to initiate the charging either time. I gave up and went home. The Octopus Electroverse app works much better. The process is clear and account validation does not involve reserving money in your account.

It just works, where I live we have pod point where at our local tesco only 1-2 out of 4 ever work, not a single Blink one works properly within a 20mile radius and the JET garage ones also don't work at all, they actually just took my money and didn't charge. I have used the PoGo ones in Darlington twice now and they just work, you just plug it in, tap the screen 2-3 times and it starts charging and at only 69p/KWH it's not too expensive. The app seems fine, no different that others.

The charging stations don't work and the app I holding my money for like a week, genuinely atrocious service.
