Easily the WORST sports betting app I've used and the only one I haven't used is Caesar's, which I couldn't imagine could be worse than this garbage app. The user interface is terrible, the screen glitches and pushes buttons you don't want to (it actually placed a bet on me while I was looking at odds and I never pushed the button). Customer Service is terrible. The live updates are super slow, then when they finally come through you have like 3 seconds to wager. Just a BAD app!!

Lots of glitches in the software: scores and game stats lag behind real time, player stats non-existent, Live game Tracker is always on (even after turning it off, turns itself back on), game time stays the same while the score is changing. When placing bets, the app often denies the bet and says the odds have changed. Single game parlays are basically impossible because of this. Can't withdraw less than $50 without paying a fee. Too many better apps. Don't waste your time or money.

I used to love pointsbet alot and would always recommend it to others. But recently there have been a couple annoying issues that make it difficult for me to rate it 5 stars and confidently recommend to others. One of the main problems is that live betting is riddled with issues, specially in MMA. Often times the time displayed for when the bout is taking place is inaccurate and thus not allowing to live bet on the bout after it has actually started. Customer support is also very slow.
