It's not the WORST casino app out there, but it's definitely one of the glitchiest. The sign in process is annoying. Games often freeze up and kick me out for no reason. The messed-up thing is that the system seems MUCH more likely to encounter issues when you are winning. When you're losing, there are no problems at all. When you're doing well, it will keep trying to boot you or not let you into certain games. Wins are pretty far and few between anyway. better options are out there

The app is awful. constantly locks up in the middle of play deleted it after a day. They tell me to reach out to their tech support on chat. One problem... I can't log in. I can't get a password reset log and I'm stuck in a vicious cycle. I went to this about 6 months ago and their IT team was able to get me logged in and then the next time I tried to log in? Same issue. I need an email address that I can email without having to log in!

The app crashes on me virtually non-stop. Spanning over 2 years, across 4 different devices using multiple connections (wifi/4gs/5gs). I get the same thing with support... "we're not experiencing any outages". They'll probably reply here with some generic support form letter saying contact them for help.... yet previously when I send them log files they're like a deer in headlights and claim they can't see an issue. So what am I sending you log files for? Cannot even consider playing poker.
