Although the app is great and user experience is also very good. What is annoying is the sales team. I am browsing the insurances and i get constantly called 6-7 times within 2-3 minute of opening the app. It makes it impossible to search for anything. Atleast wait for 30-40 minutes before contacting someone. And when i reject their calls they keep calling again and again from different numbers. It is a headache. Finally i close the application and then the calls stop making app unusable.

I recently used the Policy Bazar app to explore insurance policies, and while the app itself provides a decent user interface and information, I was greatly annoyed by the incessant calls from sales executives. As soon as I checked any policy, I found myself bombarded with calls, despite politely expressing disinterest. The lack of respect for users' preferences diminishes the overall experience. Very bad experience. here also, they may ask to send a email stating the problem, but they make you fall tired of errands. For new policy, they call you instantly. For any other assitance and when you need, the process is so delayed. Even the chats are connected for the first time, but when you have some issue, the bot may be designed in such a way that you cannot connect, at least for some minutes.
