I was trying to renew my insurance today, at the time of payment the app shows an error has been occurred but at the same time the amount has been deducted from my account. And now when I am trying to contact their team they are providing silly reasons that the third party may be responsible for this.
When I compare insurance for my car they call me many times and if i take insurance from them,they said they give me some benefits and they sent me the payment link.After successful payment they should contact me about the benefits.When i paid for the insurance,I have not get any call from their side. I tried to contact them but not get any positive response.This is my worst experience i ever faced. I never suggest any one to use this app.When you paid for the policy, then they said like,who you are we don't know.
Worst app i have ever seen in my life. No developer support. Always lags, have serious issues. Takes more ram and power to run. Also it runs in background. I think the developer team is drunk. That's the reason they don't reply the customer issues here on Google Play store.
Pathetic service of policy bazaar, booked a policy on 13th April and did not even receive a soft copy on email even after 24 days. Customer care keeps giving time to call back but no one is bothered to call back. There motive is just to sell policy and forget any service after that.
My experience with policy bazar was good. I got a travel insurance from them. I had to cancel this insurance due to some invalid details given. I dropped a mail and it was done smooth and very minimal follow up. I got a full amount refund also very fast. Only issues are that the app sometimes keeps on loading. Otherwise service is very good.
Hopeless team. My case is being handled by Mr. Sourav and he was going to get back to me 5 days back but despite calling them multiple times ( now he is always busy. Can you believe that) and writing an email on their email id, I have no contact yet. I think i did a mistake by buying policy via policybazaar. Will update about my more after sales experience with policybazaar at this place. Policybazaar team, of you are curious, i can send you emails for all that i have mentioned above. Let me know.
