Worst experience ever, the food was supposed to be delivered by 4:20pm, it already 5pm the food status is still showing as being prepared. There is no customer support in the application as well it just keep on showing delivery in 4 mins but the food is not arriving for the last 40 mins. There is even no option to cancel the order, if it is a prepaid order like in my case you are stuck to wait for them and cannot even place from somewhere else. #horrible experience #no support from Box 8.

forcing updates just to order food is sick move when the old version works no different. I have the address saved but it always asks for GPS and even when I select saved address it will return to ask enabling GPS. GPS always has more inaccuracies and shows adjacent building. the app won't allow ordering without GPS and with GPS on it always picks the wrong add, with no way to edit the address.

Best app if you are into lottery or like living on the edge. There will be days when they are on time, and then just as many days where they invent their own concept of time. Tracker says 25 min, promise says 38 minutes, chat says you will receive it in one minute. Love the app for these guys teach you patience and that makes you a better person who knows they should order elsewhere. About time you start monetizing the patience teaching lessons feature of your app.
