EatClub has to be one of the worst apps I’ve used. I ordered food and ended up waiting for over an hour and the only thing the app showed was a pointless "Delayed" status. No updates, no tracking, no support — literally nothing. If you can’t deliver on time, at least have the decency to show accurate information instead of leaving customers hanging. This app is slow, unreliable, and honestly a complete waste of time. Fix your service or stop calling yourself a food delivery platform.

The advertisement clearly stated "Get your first meal absolutely free!" This promise of a free meal is what prompted me to download the app. I went through the entire process of selecting a meal and was ready to place my order, expecting the final bill to be zero, as advertised. However, to my dismay, there was a mandatory "EatClub subscription fee" that I was required to pay. This fee was not mentioned anywhere in the initial advertisement. The final price, after this compulsory fee was added,

This is a worst food delivery app. Orders are never on time and the customer service center are absolutely useless. There's is no way you can actually track your order as the app doesn't show the correct estimated time, and the cancelation policy is terrible. I've always received order after 50min to 1hr of placing the order even if the eta is 20 to 25 min and the restaurant in nearly 0.8 meters away .ridiculous App.
