The app initially offered great deals, fast deliveries, and a smooth user interface, making it a pleasant experience. However, one incident broke my trust. I placed an order that was never delivered, and there was no customer care number to contact—only an email option. I was informed that my refund would be credited within 5–7 working days, but the issue occurred on December 19 and I still haven’t received it. A good app needs reliable customer support to truly help users

I don't order regularly, but whenever I do it's always so late! You say 30 mins but always take 50 mins or hour. And the main problem is there is no way to speak to someone about my query. Just an automated response that doesn't help at all. The food is good but the service takes too long and that kills the mood.

This is the worst experience of all food delivery apps. They have the worst service and you will have no way to complain. They mixed up my very simple 1 item order and sent some else instead. The delivery guy was forcing me to accept it anyway. There's no customer service no, no chat, only an email that no one responds to. Money wasted on shameless business.
