This app really needs work. Since it was installed I have gotten a message that says "poor network. Try again later" whenever trying to do anything. Update** After a week and talking to the customer service I am returning this product because it is absolutely useless. I have gotten the same error message after trying several phones and networks. The issue is the app lacks support and could not have been thoroughly tested. Completely disappointed.
Stopped syncing with device. Customer support non existent. I uninstalled and installed app again. Forgot password and still waiting (2 days) for email to reset. Again customer support is a joke. Bought a Fitbark and will use that instead.
Attempted to try to sync on 2 phones, app keeps crashing. Not gonna stress and just return the product.
This app just crashes and crashes... it let's you create a account and log on but once it loads the app suddenly crashes right away I feel like u water money on these things. Oh well
App works fine, but the tracker is flawed. The first one I received worked well until a firmware update, it then died. A replacement was sent & this lasted until I went to recharge it and it wouldn't recharge. I contacted Poof again and was told another replacement would be sent. Sadly it never arrived and all further communication with them has been ignored.
Can't even log in. I made the account and now it just crashes over and over. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. Total failure.
