I Uninstalled last years app and downloaded app again per management. It worked the 1st time. When I went back into the app all my info is gone, just the blue screen that says pool entry and it's blank. I again uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it says I've used the allowed amount on my device. So no pool pass and no human to speak to. Your app is a fail

Birthday does not capture correctly on android. When trying to correct the birthday, does not capture current entry to start from. Either way it does not convert what is selected to the proper date in the entry box. Cannot upload a photo on android. Only pulls from camera. On iPhone the app does not show last name or birthday to allow entry. This app is horrible. No quality checks seem to be conducted.

Hi Mike, Thank you for your honest feedback. We fixed the layout issue and we fixed the issue with the date defaulting to an earlier month. Please update your app. Thank you for your recommendation to implement the option to upload a photo from the phone's gallery. We will include it in our future updates.
