Ratings and reviews

I just want to check my Balance without requiring a video call. This is a bad concept.. If it were a feature added to the old app when you needed support, it would have been great. Time for a new bank I guess

Complete lack of services a mobile banking app should offer. I can't simply check my balance, transfer money, or mobile deposit my check. Which, quite honestly, screws me over today. Thanks a ton, Northern.

I can no longer check my account balances as the old app just advertises this app. This app does not meet my needs at all. I don't want to call someone, I simply want to check my accounts.
