Drove across Nebraska stamping sites , got a new phone and my other profile did not switch over.. why??.. what can you do to fix this??.. this is horrible
I had to switch phones and my passport wouldn't switch over.
We love doing the passport program. This is our 5th year. But, this is our 3rd year of using the app and it never works right on our Android phones. I called the office a couple of days ago and they assured me they were fixing it. We tried to use it today and the digital stamp wouldn't work at any of the stops. It kept telling us we were outside of the radius when we were standing inside the business. Every time I try to open up the app one or more of the sections has problems. At our last stop today I opened it and under each section heading it showed a blank page and no list of the stops. I love the passport program but this is so irritating. Please fix it!
The app starts up, but when I select any of the categories in the tour list, it doesn't open up the category. I can't even see what I'm supposed to visit because of it! UPDATE: I will give this another chance. Maybe the Dev could have short instructions on how to use the app, instead of assuming everyone would know to swipe left.
This should be a basic application engine with data changes for new years. Why does it always seem to have the same problems?
