At first, I didn't think that I would be comitted because when I work out I'm never really comitted to do it everyday, daily, and stay in shape; that isn't me! The first few days, I wasn't used to it.. because I wasn't really in shape. I never excersie. but to my surprise I've seen results, fast, and I'm very comitted to continue doing it! Just within a few days of me doing ab workouts (I do these like twice a day), I see results! Love it!
I think the app is helpful, challenging, effective and a great workout app! I haven't seen any comments around here of people saying 'Oh! I've lost a lot of weight!' 'My thighs got smaller!' so I decided to write my experience. I've lost weight even on the second day of this test and I'm not disappointed actually. My thighs definetely got smaller in my vision, I feel motivated after every workout although it wears out my body and energy. My past weight was 87 kg. And I am now a healthy 5'5, 50 or below kg teen! (P.s I'm 13) I will be continuing this until I get my ideal body shape. Great app, thank you so much! Oh! This is just a suggestion but if you have the time could you possibly add an arm workout? Y'know to get rid of those arm flabs? Thanks!
This is the app you NEED, if you cant get up and do it, if you cant find the right or well rounded exercise, of you dont think your eating healthy enough to do it. If there is something you believe is stopping you from going all out, then dont. Just do this for as long as you can, i guarantee you wont finish, but just start for as long as you can. Then do it again. Then again. After a while you will change. You'll eat different. You'll act different. You'll be different. Soon enough you can fish 7 minutes. And then you gonna do it twice or three times. Eventually this will just be a warm up. Just start, keep pushing, and suprise yourself. You know you have the time, so just go ahead and download
An amazingly quick and effective without. I used this in the past and it was good because then with just a simple 1 workout. Now it's amazing with all is ways to track your progress and weight. I love it see my BMI decrees. This really helps motivate me to stay on track!! Love love love!!
Great app doing one of the 30 day hard plans to get back into working out, great app my quads have never felt better. 😀
It is a great fitness app to use if you are busy with children, work, or anything in between. It really leaves you sore if you do it right.
