I usually do powerlifting for my main workout, but I have two days at week I don't do it because I need my body to recover. Thi app is amazing for quick cardio that helps me feel lighter and faster. I absolutely love it because it uses body weight, but don't let it fool you. I was out of breath and sweating like a pig! The exercises are simple (which I love!) and challenging. Thanks for this free app, I will recommend it!
Very good app, no need to go to the gym. I can do it everyday n everywhere. It's packed with different exercise, only 7 minutes per packed, hope it can help my body loss weight n shape. I have it 2 days of exercised, let see at 28 days ahead. Love it! Thanks 7 minute workout ❤💙💜
Packed with different routines, a calendar planner and all really easy to use! Super satisfying and in a compact and non - time consuming package. Oh, sadly the pro version has fewer features than the free one so... You might want to fix that 7.
I like this app because I haven't worked out in years and I'm too lazy to do more then 7 minutes at a time! But also because of the different workout routines. Some are just for the whole body, others are targeted zones like the butt or abs, but they're all just 7 minutes and you get results!!
Great application to maintain health fitness status Whenever I'm travelling I feel this is very helpful, in the middle of your busy days... Don't forget to give 7 mins for exercise... Or you can always do it two three times... Thanks team
Great app. Easy to use with a calendar to keep track of workouts done along with different route e options such as abs, butt, etc. Would love to see a meal planner to be added in the future attached to workout routines. This would help not put on weight and add better, more efficient tracking (but I do see that we can also get this online ourselves). The example videos are by random people where it would have been better to have app specific how-to videos along with extra information, etc.
