I really enjoy the app and the work out walkthroughs. They're great for when I'm in a rush, or want to try something new. However, I was upset to see that I lost my streak when beginning a workout before midnight and completing it after, as it went on the next day! Perhaps you could have a setting where the user can change when their daily exercise period is? It will be annoying to me if my late night workouts don't count towards the day in which I did them.
I love this app! It's quick and I've lost weight and toned up bits that have never been toned before!! Shows you how to do the exercises and the voice / timer tells you what to do for each set. Would definitely recommend 😊
I think this is a great work out app! I mean who doesn't have the time for 7 minutes a day? I definitely feel the burn after every workout and it's very helpful because it tells u how many calories u have burned and how many days u have worked out
Good app , this app not only give me health benefit , but also act as a reminder to work out and not to ne lazy , keep itu up!
It's great for people like myself who have decided to get back to being fit technically beginners status, but it's great
I was not aware about the right and correct workouts but now following the same, very good apps
