I do like this app, found it good for getting into certain exercises, I'm only on day 10 of my first plan but it's going okay. I was a bit surprised that the update changed one of the exercises though! I went from heel touches to sit ups... Having not done any in years it was a shock to the system to have 26 to do. Strange to change it that way but there it is.
Even the easy 1 n 2 is very basic, its really helpful. But i think its better to not adding the number of how much u did that workout, instead make it same for 3 or 4 days while the user can workout correctly
I like how there is an animated trainer showing you what to do. Then the voice try to help and tell you to grab weights or try a lighter approach. I feel the burn. Its a great app
I start exercising after downloading this app,it really useful and i hope u guys could add some exercise such as cardio,warmup and stretching.In the end it still a very useful app.
I love the app, finally something that I am looking for that includes all the workout I can do at home and it's free.
Must have, easy to use, good animation instruction. thanks and keep your body health :)
