I have tried many ways to help myself being active. Being a workout newbie with full time work plus evening school, it isn't easy to find consistent inspitarion the right amout of workload to keep the routine. I either quit because over-workout or just being lazy soon. This app is such a great finding in the app store. It somehow was able to walk me into more and more challenging workout and lets me keep it as a routine. Awesome!!
I really enjoy this app! It is free, motivating, very helpful with animated and worded instructions. I hated going to the gym as I had NO clue how to properly position myself to do a workout out safely and productively. I would have it given it five stars if there was one more section for the back. That is the last place I need help with and I know plenty of people who struggle with their back......
Just started and honestly love it. I don't know if this is how to give improvement advice the only thing I can say it's missing (unless I cant find it) is to show how many calories burned for each day. I know it showed it after the workout was over but would be awesome to have some kind of total for the day.
Love how simple, efficient and convenient the exercises are!! I stopped going to the gym because it takes me 30 min to go back and forth. 30 min, I now use to walk my dog! I REALLY love how well they work and how fast one feels and sees results!! I also started implementing ankle weights and dumbbells to make it more challenging.
The app does exactly what it claims to, and provides an exercise plan that slowly increases in difficulty. The exercises become more challenging and work out a variety of muscles. I found the recorded time to be a little inaccurate, but it's not a major problem. It would be great if it was possible to select for a longer or more intense workout, or if you could choose your favourite few exercises. But overall I have loved using this app and plan to keep doing so.
Doing a few of these challenges, also eating lchf. Lost ten lbs in a week and a half. Muscles are good and sore. I can already see a difference. Love the way it tracks your weight on a chart, shows you your bmi, the videos show you what to do on weirdly named work outs, the calendar checks off where you are... perfect app.
