Very good app Still some problems.. no stretching exercises or reminder for stretching before doing the exercises. Also need some tips for skinny guys to gain some weight and muscle. Maybe you could provide different workouts for fat and skinny people. I would give a 5 star if you people consider some of these suggestions. Thankyou
It's really helpful app to exercise in your home
Enjoying this app very much. I am on 15th day of full body, arm, butt and ab excercise. I think the developers did a very nice job. The workout gets progressively harder. I find each daily workout routine quite challenging. Although I am about half way of the challenge, the workout icon shows 9% completion (in green). I would have expected 50% completion. I am not sure how the app calculates the % of completion. Anyway, keep up the good work.
I like this app, I am using it in addition to aerobics videos and stretches to cool down. One question, there used to be diet plans. I began to use them last week but now I can't find them. Have they shifted within the app or have they been removed? Thanks
I'm only on my third day so far but I like it, it seems like a good app. I'm not expecting much but due to the reminder on the app I can't blame my bad memory for not training which is good!
I've just started with Easy 1. So far, it seems like a good app, but I've got two questions. 1: What will I do after the 30 day challenge ends? 2: Is Easy 1 the right challenge for me? I'm a 15 year old kid with 50 kg weight who is 5 feet 5 inches. If you answer, I will give it a 5.
