I like the app and it does a good job with reminders, but i dont understand the point of including a button to rate certain exercises if there is going to be no change to the routine. I dont expect the app to be able to anticipate my needs, but when i select that i dislike an exercise and select that it is because of an injury my hope would be that this exercise will not appear again. Its a good app, but i cannot give 5 stars until i see better customization for the routines. Thank you

I love this app! It's so easy to figure out and keeps me motivated to work out. You can choose types of work outs, what level you want (easy,medium, hard), it doesn't require weights, it gives you examples on an exercise if you don't know it, gives you an option to pause the work out or add a longer time to the resting period. Seriously great!

This is the best app for me. I've tried gyms and programs.and they all failed, due to my busy life style. I roll out of bed and do the workout. Sometimes I do a second one the same day. It's well paced and easy to follow. It focuses on consistency, which is key to get in shape. However, I am not too keen about a recent update. the weight graph and the calendar tracker are on the fritz. Since I use both frequently it interferes with my tracking.
