I do like this app, found it good for getting into certain exercises, I'm only on day 10 of my first plan but it's going okay. I was a bit surprised that the update changed one of the exercises though! I went from heel touches to sit ups... Having not done any in years it was a shock to the system to have 26 to do. Strange to change it that way but there it is.
Best workout app out of all of them. Blows all other workout ads out of the water. I've tried them all and this one has the best user interface and layout. They even have videos/pictures of all of the workouts! Most workout apps make you pay for the "pro" version for access to videos. Be mindful there are ads in this app but they are worth it for this amazing app. It is free because if the ads. Love, love, love this app.
It's a great app to get in the routine of excercise. (exactly what I needed). However when I'm finished for the day I like to look at the next day to see what is in store for me but when it's a test day it seems to automatically count that day as being finished and skips to the next day. Small dilemma but overall not a bad fitness app.
Even the easy 1 n 2 is very basic, its really helpful. But i think its better to not adding the number of how much u did that workout, instead make it same for 3 or 4 days while the user can workout correctly
I'm only on day four on the easy 1 setting and although the exercises are relatively easy, they're VERY effective!! They break every exercise down so it's easy to follow, and the video showing exactly how to do each exercise is an AMAZING touch.
I think it's a nice app I'm not saying that I will be happy about the results but there is an improvement as long as u do the exercises everyday (I mean it reminds u do there's no excuse) and work harder everytime then u should get the results I are looking for
