Great workouts for anyone who doesn't have the time or money for a gym membership, sure I could look online for these workouts, then I would have to figure out the routines. It is all done for you. I am on day 5 and I have been doing all workouts excluding leg, and after this short of time I feel the workouts. I'm a little overweight so I chose the hard routines. Its worth every bit of 5 stars, I can look past the ads.
Live the exercises! Very fitting. However, my BMI is measured incorrectly. And I wish they had video lessons to help me feel like I'm doing the exercises correctly.
this is thea workout plan it had constructed me as a body builder very nice stick it to four months with hard plan 2 it really great sereiously ...but for biceps and triceps please bestow us the best effective excercise....I reauest you
Really good for building muscle and shredding your body fat. Even with plenty combination of simple exercise, it still can give a challenge. Currently on day 10 and the result is impressive! Loved it!
I'm only on day 4, and so far, so good! Simple but effective exercise, nothing too difficult at first, and it shows you how to do the exercises. I'll rate it again later once I finish the first month.
Worked out great till recent update that change sit up to touch heel. Idk if it's any better or not but I feel like my rythm just changed.
