It's a great app but the medium and hard versions are not for people who don't have much time (read more than 20 minutes) to exercise.
So amazing... Very much worth it, just try it.. Can't fail!

This app is very challenging and helpful, especially for the people that have no time to the gym.
Everything I wanted in an exercise app. Basically does all the thinking for me, and tells me what to do. Exactly what I need to overcome my motivational deficit.
Helps me work harder and makes me reach my goal faster.
