Well, the app is really good for people who want to make some good fitness at home. I could feel my heath and body growing better after couple of weeks. However there are few things in my concern, what happens after 30 days? I really think people want to continue doing exercises even after 30 days. So, once the 30 day challenge is over we have nothing to do. So, I hope that you can come up with a weekly exercise routine for each level after completing their 30 days challenge.
Great app! Enough information so you know what to expect in the workout which is great for me as i have hip problems but also really like the way that the exercises that are amount based (e.g. 10x leg raises)are not timed so you can do them in a pace that suits you. Easy to do at home without equipment amd easy to build up on when you feel comfortable
I find this application really made well. What I like most about this is the part when it narrates you tips while you are doing the excercise. Really amazing. I also liked the part when my music doesn't completely shut off during the applicafion's narration. Well done.
I just want the demos to be more realistic so you get the idea of the postures and all... Other than that it's awesome...Gets u really sweaty✌
