Paid to remove ads 3 times and still seeing ads I paid 4 times in total and am still seeing ever ad I seen before I paid. No change at all, it's really frustrating and ruining a great app

I've won 4 games now that have registered as losses ... WHY???? NOT COOL AT ALL, SO FIX IT AND I'LL CHANGE MY RATING... such incompetence... Otherwise its a good game.

Would have been a great game but... 1. The worst ad experience: Your ads are mostly click baited, some even take you to google play store without clicking then and you cannot continue your game. Most ads freeze the screen. 2. There should be an option to continue the game. 3. I keep playing with the same names over and over again. Makes me wonder if I'm playing AI or really people. Everyone online cannot be Aanjani, Priya and co. Fix this and if possible stop the click baited ads.
