Ratings and reviews

The app experience is TERRIBLE. The app deleted your SAVED item even when you're logged in on your account. The app is not user friendly whatsoever. After the update it's even worse. I use a Samsung Galaxy S24, and I can't click virtually anything in the app. All the tiles don't take me anywhere so I can't access any deals they claim are available. Just keeps me stuck on the home screen.

Orders don't go through. I placed an order via this app and it doesn't seem to have gone through. I put a few items into my cart and checked out, input credit card, got a message my delivery should arrive on 2 Jul. Later I realized I didn't get any confirmation email and there is no charge on my card. So either I imagined ordering or the app has some bug. Not sure why they call their delivery "next day" as well, since it takes a few days

half the buttons on the home screen lead nowhere. can't access the typo side of the store. constantly logs me out of my account, literally as soon as I switch out of the app and open it again. I have never been able to make a purchase on the app, it doesn't work, and so I'm still required to make online purchases via the website, which barely works for me either, so overall, please fix both your app and website, they're both bricked.
