I've been smoke-free for a year now. At the beginning, this definitely helped. I'd check the smoke-free timer often, and after a few months not wanting to reset it if I smoked became extra incentive to avoid cigarettes. Great app! UPDATE- 9 years, 4 months, and 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I rarely check the app anymore, but when I do I'm shocked at money saved and time regained. I've recommended it to many friends to quit smoking and it's helped them. Still wonderful, and still worth it

Hi Mike, congrats for over 9 years and 4 months! We're glad to see that the app is always there in the background recording the great progress you've made. We hope your friends find the app just as helpful, thanks for recommending us :)

I love this app. It's especially great to watch your time as a non-smoker increase, so I love the counter, and I have found the section showing how much closer you are from each health goal motivational. For example, seeing that my odds of heart disease or stroke are actively decreasing each day and being able to see a visual representation of that with a countdown and a percentage of how close I am is fantastic. Great way to stay focused on the why's of quitting. Highly recommended app!

The only thing I could possibly say is negative, depends on the person really. The app sends notifications and I had to shut those off because inevitably, I will be distracted from thinking about smoking and the app, although meant to be encouraging, does remind me about smoking. The second thing I do wish it had, was the ability to change the stats when you slip up or are using nicotine replacement. It will show "nicotine free" when you are not. Smoke free vs. nicotine free.
