I've been smoke-free for a year now. At the beginning, this definitely helped. I'd check the smoke-free timer often, and after a few months not wanting to reset it if I smoked became extra incentive to avoid cigarettes. Great app! UPDATE- 9 years, 4 months, and 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I rarely check the app anymore, but when I do I'm shocked at money saved and time regained. I've recommended it to many friends to quit smoking and it's helped them. Still wonderful, and still worth it

Hi Mike, congrats for over 9 years and 4 months! We're glad to see that the app is always there in the background recording the great progress you've made. We hope your friends find the app just as helpful, thanks for recommending us :)

I'd give it 5 stars if it had games. The app was helpful for me in tracking my progress, how much money I'm saving, how my health is improving, dairy entries about days I struggled. I do wish it had a section where you could play games while waiting for a craving to pass. Bc cravings only last a few minutes, it helps to distract your mind by playing a short game. Other than that this app was helpful for me.

This helps if you actually use it. There are helpful things in it, like the "to-dos" each day, the jounalling, and the tracking. So it's helpful, but in the end, you need to be determined to quit and willing to endure denying yourself every-single-day, and in the early days, you need to be willing to deny yourself every-single-moment. I used this app in conjunction with Allen Carr's book, The Easy Way to Quit Smoking, and, most importantly, with my faith in God. Currently, I have 2 months quit.
