I have been a user of this application for more than 3 months now. Basic issues like authentication, lag, and network drops are not handled properly. Very poor even when connected to high speed WiFi networks. Chats with the support agents are not saved anywhere. The basic accessibility of the application is so poor that the trust factor moves away. Rather than moving towards it.

Most scamming app ever I have seen. I paid my EMI before three days of due date yet they are charging bouncing charges. Why they doing it and if they wanted to do this then why sending SMS of pay earliest and enjoy our new offers. I am telling you to take loan from a local lenders but don't fall in this app's trap this app is total scam. I mailed them about my experience and yet I am not getting any kind of call from them and their calling system is very complicated too they will just waste time
