I have been a loyal customer since 2003 and have consistently used your service without interruption. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of service. However, I face a persistent issue whenever I visit my village home — there is no signal for voice calls or mobile data in that area. This causes significant inconvenience. I kindly request you to look into the network coverage in that region and take necessary steps to improve it. Thank you for your support.

I've been a loyal GP user since 2015 and using the MyGP app regularly since 2018. The app has improved a lot over the years — it’s smooth, user-friendly, and very convenient for checking balance, recharging, activating offers, and managing services. 1-Star: Totally Cluttered Now! This app used to be great for managing my Grameenphone services. Now it's just a mess of "cards" and irrelevant features. It's a telecom app, not a lifestyle hub! There's no way to turn off all the unnecessary stuff, which makes it incredibly frustrating to use for its actual purpose. Please simplify and let users customize what they see.
