Worse experience, very unsatisfying, The GP apps Grameenphone's recharge service is terrible! I've been harassed four times like this, now where money is taken from my bKash but my phone isn't recharged. Then they tell me to wait 7 days for a refund. This is worst-in-class service! @Grameenphone , several time I called go customer service they said you have to wait, but that time I have to recharge another amount to get top up, why ! So frustrating!!!

We are facing an issue with Dutch-Bangla Bank. For the past 3 to 4 months, we haven’t been able to recharge through Dutch-Bangla. Can this problem be resolved quickly? Because of this, for the last two months we’ve had to recharge another SIM. But the internet service on that SIM is not good. Even though your SIM charges a bit more, it has the best network quality. Please consider our situation and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
