1-Star: Totally Cluttered Now! This app used to be great for managing my Grameenphone services. Now it's just a mess of "cards" and irrelevant features. It's a telecom app, not a lifestyle hub! There's no way to turn off all the unnecessary stuff, which makes it incredibly frustrating to use for its actual purpose. Please simplify and let users customize what they see.
