Ratings and reviews

I really like Poshmark for how easy and safe it is with buying & selling. BUT there are some major issues that need to be fixed: 1. The Search function can be tedious and ineffective, 2. The Explore page is useless, it never shows things that I would actually like. I'm convinced if they improved the search/explore functions, Posh would put other selling apps out of business. No one wants the 'social' aspect of this app, we just want better ability to find things!

The seller fees are a bit ridiculous, considering they don't do much to support sellers. Also, my 2 most recent purchases resulted in not receiving the items I ordered. Although I did eventually get a refund for both purchases, it was ridiculous how long they held onto my money considering the seller never sent the item either time. I've been mostly selling and made a few purchases over the past 5 years, but I am officially done after my most recent buying experiences.

Poshmark used to be great. Now I am dealing with a really frustrating return where it seems like AI might be handling the case and not understanding the actual issue. There is no number to call and the support email takes days to respond with unhelpful messages. I've also hear the algorithm has changed in a way that has slowed down sales for many, which I am definitely experiencing. I rarely get any likes or sales anymore.
