The 'POSPAY' service complements PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) 's existing network and service points (Point of Sales) of around 58,700 points in the form of Post Offices, Agenpos, Mobile Postal Service, and others throughout Indonesia.

Total scam!! Didn't really tell you that there will be a fee when you top up! It just cut it out from the balance! And once I have enough balance go pay my bill it won't allow me! Keep saying I don't have enough credit! Turned out after reading other reviews that my balance cannot be under 10.000 which I'm not gonna use it ever again! I already been charge twice for the fee because of it now have to top up again just to pay my bill and left some credits behind!!! To hell with this app!!

The unblocking process for my account is taking far too long; it's been over 24 hours since I requested the unblock, and I still haven't received any email or message update. The call center's only response has been to "wait," which is unacceptable. I expected faster resolution and better communication. Bad app to use—never use this for payment of bills.

Frustrating login process!! They said the username is nowhere to find but then when I created a new account using the username it said there is an account using the username. Really really frustrating company full of retarded human resources!!
