I received an email stating that I had a $50 credit. I attempted to place an order, but had no promo code for this credit. I contacted customer support and was told to just place my order. The credit was not applied, and thus far I am being told I'm only being refunded the delivery charge. This is unacceptable; I even tried to avoid this situation but was told to proceed. Edit: now I'm being told that the code is expired so they are sorry for the confusion even though it was valid when I ordered.
Can rarely get a delivery right, pricing is obscure. Also charged me for the plus unlimited through android pay without even a hint of telling me i was going to be charged. As soon as my unwanted subscription is over immediately uninstalling and sticking to Uber Eats.
DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! As one of the drivers I can say we "see" $4 of the fees you pay and I have not been payed sense I started a month ago.. this a scam business ment to take advantage of people who can't get things for themselves and they follow it by not paying their drivers.
Just recieved first order. It was fast and correct. But that is not worth the $26 I spent in fees and tip. My total bill was only $29. The driver got a measly $4 tip, after spending $22 and fees I thought having to give him a tip was ridiculous. I feel bad for their employees and myself for the outrageous price I just paid for cheeseburgers. I'll stick to other apps like doordash.
This app has never failed to make my life more difficult. From having my order canceled 45min after I ordered, to creating duplicate orders and charging me for both, it's clear that they are better at designing an interface than a service. I can't even update my email address in the app. I can change name and phone number, but not my email. Why is that even a thing? Delivery fees can also be very high, so watch out for that and review your orders.
App only shows price estimates. Also does not notify you if you are being charged more than you were estimated. I had an order estimated at 11$ and when they charged my account it was posted at 20$ how far off is that estimate? Will never use again.
