I'm Putting This Company On Blast! First my sister told me about your company. The first night I ordered Raising Cane's for free with your promo of the week. I was just shocked and delighted. Tonight was my second time ordering through Postmate. Now, I'm completely SOLD!!! Your company drivers are really nice and helpful.Your company delivers in my area! NO ONE DELIVERS IN MY AREA!!!There was a $5.00 delivery fee but who cares! (I believe that's based on the area. At my friend's house it was less.) YOU'RE A BLESSING! THANK YOU!!! :)
Highway robbery App is fine, fees are ludicrously high and totally not transparent. You don't know until the end how much they are going to shake you down for. I use seamless and grubhub for everything and only this for the few unique places it has. But not by choice. Delivery people are nice and quick but doesn't make it worth the price.
This company is a scam As someone who was a loyal postmates customer, I will only order from Uber Eats from now on. I got an notification that with a code there was free delivery, but when I looked back I saw it was higher than I expected because delivery was charged. I emailed about the mistake and heard nothing for a month. Emailed again and someone answered basically saying I didn't read the fine print which meant they could actually add on a delivery fee. Serious ethical issues here. It's the principle! I feel stolen from.
Awful. Terrible delivery time, terrible customer service. I downloaded explicitly because they offer delivery for a range of restaurants NOT on other delivery apps, but I ended up waiting almost 2 hours for a burger delivery before reaching out to customer service. Customer service responded to my inquiry with a stream of automated responses before just cancelling my order without asking if I'd like them to do so.
Business owner and customer I use postmates for my business, they showed up in a white tank top and jogging pants hanging off his ass. Better yet, he was not even the employee. It was her boyfriend riding with her. They have to monitor these things,have a dress code and no passengers allowed while working.
they messed up my order 1-10-17 5:22pm i downloaded this app and ordered some food and it got here on time but the order was totally different from what I had ordered no one to call, customer support lol is waiting for a email from them so money gone food wrong smh
