This app is misbehaving though I have not rooted the phone. but suddenly it is showing phone is rooted and the app is NOT 🚫 working at all. Also EARLIER payment used to get struck and was going to pending PERMANENTLY in upi LITE . WHERE IS THIS MONEY GOING? I AM LOOSING THIS. Rest all apps are working fine. For the last 6 months bharatpe app was also working on this same mobile. Now suddenly this app is not working. surely there is a bug in the app which the technical should get rectified.

My number was deactivated for conversion from prepaid to postpaid,after conversion app is not working ,it said number blocked for security purposes and verify ownership but email send said the email address is not valid. Since last 3 months sending mails to customer support. It deserves ZERO ratings. Equally bad customer support. The calling person didn't know anything about complaint.They don't read the mails and reviews and ask irrelevant questions and lastly asking to change my location.

worst experience in all the UPI apps I have used so far. When I installed this app, it activated some unknown services without my explicit permission like Credit Line, Personal Loan, EMI, apart from UPI itself. All I wanted was a simple UPI app without that marketing jazz. I specifically dumped Paytm and Phonepe precisely for this marketing junk dumping on me. I thought Bharatpe is a simple no nonsense app as it's by NPCI itself, but boy, I was so wrong. Now, I am stuck with this app.
