very disappointed with this service. I knew there would be a delay in receiving mail, but the WEEKS its taken to receive 1 letter is insane. especially when you take into account the huge up sale the customer pays for this "service ". then they suspended my account for payment confusion, which went through on my end, then they proceeded to charge me 5 more times. So in the last month I've paid 6 times the price for a service that im not receiving, and in the best of times was a disappointment.

This app is fine, but I will warn about the service behind the app. As long as you want to read everything online it's great, but if you ever need to physically receive an item, get ready to pay megabucks. They charged me almost seven dollars just to forward a small envelope with a credit card in it to me one town away--and the correct prices are NOT on their website. And many locations charge a fee if you want to pick something up in person. If you will have a lot of mail forwarded then you might be better off with a traditional mailbox from the UPS store or similar.

Their customer service is ok, but it was confusing setting this up at first. It's been 8 months and I'm still trying to understand how this works. I'm disappointed the monthly fee does not cover each piece of mail I need forwarded to my real address. I wanted to use this for all my mail, but each parcel costs $4.00 on TOP of the monthly fee to forward elsewhere. I hate that it takes up to 3 weeks to finally receive mail after having it forwarded, but at least it is a legit service.
