Hi, normally I'd give a better rating but even after updating on Samsung Note 9 to the newest version, I still cannot use the app. I either get stuck on the login screen loading for ages, or I get an "unknown error" or nothing happens at all. tried changing my password, uninstalling and re-installing, still nothing. I would very much appreciate if you guys could get the app working again! I used it quote often before this started happening. Once the app is fixed I will update my review.

I am having the same issues as everyone else. I say the instructions to clear the data. I did what was suggested, as did someone else, with the same results. it would let me in. the app owners game the same exact response for a fix. I understand that the developers are working on it. So I'll re-evaluate after the app is fixed. when this is the way you monitor the account, it's very frustrating.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We have published a new update and have tested it on multiple devices that reported recent issues. Please try the new update, if you continue to experience issues let us know right away.

I will preface this with: we love our local branch and have had good experiences with P1FCU. However. The app is spotty at best and inconsistent. The fact that they removed the option to make principle only payments on all loans except mortgage (vehicle etc) is pretty upsetting as well.... We have been told several times "they are working on it" but it has been several months. Not everyone can go to the branch easily and they charge a fee for phone payments.

Reese, We understand that losing this feature this is frustrating and inconvenient. We are working towards a solution with our vendor, but do not have a target date at this time. Unfortunately this was not something that we were anticipating on losing during our system update in September. Thank you for your feedback.
