Not bad once you're assigned a reliable tech. It honestly took 6 months to get it right, cancelled appointments and techs without the tools they need but once they a good person onboard I never had a complaint. The online user interface is nice, the price even nicer, and they have lots of options for service schedules. They just need to find and keep reliable lawn techs.
Frustrating experience- 10 days of cancellations after a poor service. I reached out to customer care to expedite, they offered a credit and to work towards a solution. That solution? Cancelling all of my future services, now I'm left hunting for another service with an overdue lawn.
I had service scheduled and they rescheduled when I needed it done that day. It was rescheduled for the next as I had guests coming over at 630pm. The guy never showed up. Won't ever use this service again.
Can't place an order. Keeps crashing
It's a wonderful idea, but the so called pros assigned to do my yard were hopeless. Very frustrating.
I am unable to book an appointment through the app because it can't find my address. It keeps saying ”Can't get a zip code for that location"
