Great app overall. Only con is that some exercising are not balanced in terms of workload per targeted region and reps aren't geared towards any specific goal (endurance/strength/mass). With a little tweaking this could be a 5 star app.
Fantastic programme Love the exercises. .. seem easy but have you sweating at the end of 20 minutes.
Really simple to use and follow along with. The workouts are challenging and will make you sweat. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a short effective workout.
Do it anywhere!! This app has help me workout anywhere at anytime. I don't sweat often but this app does the job. Well worth it!!
