So far so good. I'm working up a sweat and elevating my heart rate so that's good. I try to do it as vigorously as I can and even do some of them through the "get ready" phase. My only complaint is it's sometimes hard to determine if you're doing some of the exercises right. I'd hate not to get the right muscle moving. But it's fairly easy, and it goes by sooo quick!
I have become very inactive and have found all other exercise apps too difficult so gave up. This is enough to increase my heart rate but gentle enough to follow to the end. This inspires me to do it several times a day. When I get better I can move into more difficult workouts. Thank you so much for helping me to get my health back.
Perfect any time, any placex I was very skeptical about this animated workout until I tried it. It was challenging without being too hard, and provided a great all over workout. Difficulty increases in gradual steps. I'll always have time for power 20.
Just a beginner - it works well When you've been out of shape for a while, it's hard to set a goal that is a realistic challenge. This hits the sweet spot. I worked, I considered quitting, I didn't, and I feel good, not bad, at the end. Nice. The design and thought that clearly went into this is appreciated.
I only started today and enjoyed the workout. I've been injured and am really starting as a beginner. Looking forward to working through the levels as my fitness increases.
Love it! You choose the difficulty, and unlike most apps the easiest setting is simple enough for me! Didn't involve anything I am physically unable to do.
