I love this app!! It is so useful for my legs which I really needed and it is great for building strength for your legs. I would recommend this app if you want to lose thigh fat and build strength in your legs. ALSO IT MAKES YOU VERY TIRED THAT IS A GOOD THING!!
Had thought about starting it just after the download but after the attempt and continuing on to just watching the clips, I concluded; challenge. Have to pick-up after delivery (just to be on the safer side).
Wish it was free all together it seems like it might work but u o ly get one workout before it makes u pay
This app is perfect for me as I'm temporarily a stay at home mom. I feel like it really works. And I love how there's different levels
The workout is good, but not a silly question. I love it easy to do at room with a timer, full of exciting events to look and feel your personal best. Makes me stimuli to be energize.
I like it It hard enough for me to be able to get tone, but not too hard that makes me want to quit, it perfect to start out with and get used to it.
We did some minor bug fixes in this update.
