Ratings and reviews

Paid extra for a flexible flight and I couldn't change it even with 36+hrs ahead of it. It didn't work from neither the app nor the website. Spoke with 3 agents on the phone. They said my case will be reviewed within 96hrs. It's been 98 hrs now, my flight already departed and still nothing from them. This is a review of both the app and the company. Don't use them if you can avoid it. Their support services are as cheap as their prices.

The app doesn't allow boarding passes to be downloaded and fails to remember booked flights, requiring the booking reference and surname every time. It showed multiple errors during check-in, and I had to use a PC browser instead. After checking in, no boarding passes were emailed and I was directed back to the app. I may now need airport check-in. The country list is also poorly sorted, with the UK appearing between Gabon and Grenada. Surprised this has a 4.5-star rating.

Very bad experience. I purchased a ticket, but the flight was canceled 2 times (after rebooking). I checked and it turned out that actually the flights were on time and, it's just that they most probably sold my tickets for a higher price. I had to stay in a foreign country and pay for hotels and so on. Not only that there is no compensation, but I can not even get my money back for more than a month, so far...
