Terrible update * Not in line with QIB brand standards * Takes much longer to load * Single screen functions now require 2 or more clicks to get to * Cannot go back from some screens line closing the reason for fund transfer unless you make a selection * Cannot go back and check a second KAHRAMAA account for payment after having checked one, need to start from the beginning There are many other issues with this update and it's honestly silly to have changed a very good app. I completely regret having clicked "Uodate". Please revert back the old app. Make up is good for desktop not Mobile. We need accurate, fast and user friendly apps. Thanks
Way better than old version: faster, new features, otp inserted automatically, enhanced look which reflects the bank's new image, easy of access to all account info, card deactivation feature, finger print feature..and many more!!
I talked with the bank to issue a complain about the new version of the app and they said that the new updated version is working only with the latest android version. So I am now enforced to buy a new phone so I can manage my account thro the app or use the Internet banking which is not smooth like the app. I think I will change the bank itself if they are not caring about its customers complains
After the latest update the app is not working at all. Just getting a blank white page. When I emailed the mobile banking unit they returned a call. They conveniently mentioned that their new updates work only on latest android version and devices. "If you have an issue with it, make a complaint" was their final words. If not for this bank being Islamic I would have immediately switched to a different bank. Ridiculous service
Hello.. The over look of the app is nice.. but its extremly slow. It takes long time to load. Hope u will fix this. Thank you..
The new update is slow and the fingerprint login doesn't work properly, I still have to enter my username and password! Terrible update.
