YAAAYYY, THIS APP IS WORKING AGAIN!!! It had been horrible the last 2 months without it. I do not like to use and refused to use my Optimum Card without this app. Sorry, but to have been told I could access it via the www wasn't good enough!!! I nearly gave up completely on this card tbh.
Used to work but now I keep getting a message saying "something has gone wrong". Cannot log in on the web as I can never remember all my details which is the reason for the app. Only way I can now find out how much I've got is to load some more on which costs me £1.50. Please sort this out or I will be forced to go to a different card.
impossible to log in every time I enter my details I get returned to the beginning. a notice tells me my log in details are incorrect please try again. I can log in via the Internet. and yet the app won't have it.. useless and frustratingly annoying. and very inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend this app.. poor form for a bank.
Annoying Typed in my details several time and keep getting told there is a hiccup with the server. God it's frustrating and want to throw my new card in the bin. If they are going to re brand the changeover should work perfectly
Got an email from them dated 12th May 2017 saying the app had been fixed. Load of rubbish as clearly not been fixed. What exactly did we pay the admin fee for? And do they read these reviews?
The app worked fine. Now it won't load and says there has been a "hiccup". Very very annoying. Whatever the problem, it shouldn't take several weeks to resolve. As a slightly longer winded workaround, you can still log on to your Optimum account via your mobile phone's web browser on their webpage: myoptimumcard.co.uk
