after i changed a phone and restored this app, my original account disappeared under my email address and lost all of the rewards points subsequently. when i tried to log back in, it only created 3 more accounts under one same email address in a different way each time. so unbelievable. even though i asked for help thru multiple emails and phone calls, the app service or support team NEVER EVER responded, not even once. unprofessional and irresponsible. never seen this type of app and service.

I was saving up for the $50 reward but the app lagged and I accidentally redeemed the $2 when trying to scan a receipt. There is a remove button, but I get an error when I click it. I tried to contact support on the app but the messaging center also gives errors. The app is full of bugs.

I used to be able redeem rewards points, but it no longer allows to redeem the points. I tried to redeem points in the last 4 times, but it would not allow it. Although it still accumulates the points, according to a cashier, it is useless earning points. I finally removed the app on 7/22/2022.
