Galaxy S5 I had major issues with sign-in and I kept resetting it, and it never seemed to realize I had a new password. I even tried simply setting up an appointment without logging in but it never registered it with the nurse. I finally had to go on the desktop version to log on, and it recognized me then. Lets hope it stays that way.
If possible, I would give it a negative 10. I have 3 Drs on this and have NEVER been able to access any account. The Drs can't help and Patient Fusion can't be contacted. A complete waste of time and overload of frustration. Don't even bother. Too bad since the applications other Drs use make portals much easier to communicate with your dr.
Useless app Most useless app on my phone. I'm not deleting it just because hope developers will update it properly. Much easier is to use pc to check the records. Login itself is a huge deal.
Will not let me log on says user name and password invalid and I know that they are correct. Very aggravating. I don't have the time nor do I want to try over and again to log on. This app is of no use to me and I will inform Dr James Wortman.
Not pleased at all I have yet been able e to get into my account. I have asked my provideryto have requested new pin for me and the site does NOT respond. I'm not pleased. It should not take all that.
Badly developed This app appears to be a cheap extension of the website's GUI and not a standalone app. Tried it on my Note 3 with Kit Kat. The website however is great so I recommend accesing account via browser instead of this cheap project of an app.
