Update on May 6th,2017: As per our conversation, I have decided not to change the feedback which goes against my principles. Words like "Unethical, Greedy, Old school" cannot be considered Inappropriate. It is a fact and it cannot be changed no matter what. I know that you will favour the doctors since they are your masters. Thankfully Practo is not the only app. Since hospitals have there own apps, we can live without Practo. Practo you can't force your principles on me. You can't force me to change my feedback about the doctor no matter what because facts cannot change as per your convenience. May 4th: I wrote a feedback about Dr Jose Paul (Paediatrician) listed in the Practo app and wrote how unethical he was because he charged more than the MRP and Practo refused to submit the feedback on it's app. I got a message from Practo which said they couldn't publish it because of inappropriate language. Really??? When did unethical become inappropriate. Practo is in nexus with the doctors. They want only a positive feedback irrespective of it being negative. Thank god, we have other options other than Practo and I realised never to take the feedback listed on the Practo app on face value. Uninstalling the app now.

I have taken appointment at 9am family physio, neeladrinager, electronic city. I have reached hospital at 9am and waited till 9.20am. I have called customer care they told doctor is not available, when I reached home they called me again and told doctor is inside and the shutter was closed because it is not working , then doctor has called at 9.35am and told she went down to call security to open the shutter. They will give such fake reasons if they can't serve you on time. Please don't use this app. Thanks.

I hate this app... I tried to sign up 5 time with my mobile number and it always read verification code correctly and take me to the next screen to add my full name and then kept me showing error that verification code is incorrect. That's weird... I wish I was able to give them 0 stars.

Really had a bad experience booking a slot with the doctor. My slot was booked with a doctor for which I got a confirmation of slot as well as a reminder to be on time for same. When I reached the doctor's place I was shocked to know that I don't have any booking and that slot was booked by someone else. It was such a disappointment and I had to wait for 1.5 hrs to get accommodated in doctors list...After that I raised a ticket about this issue but it had been 3 days since then and I haven't heard from anyone yet. You claim to give 1000 Rs. If I don't get the doctor on my confirmed slot..Where is it??

I had several appointments and doctors used my registered mobile no. To send booking confirmation... but except one none shows in the app... payment receipts never come on registered email..wonder where sync feature goes... pretty sad ...

Hello team worst service from you. Order number 52018.. still the medicine is getting delivered. Dear friends if your in urgency and expecting on time delivery please change your mind. You will get multiple responses saying definitely it will get delivered. But none of them is right. It already passed 2 days. Even if we call the team they simply say no it will get delivered today. Not even realising that they did a mistake. I think they changed the vendor so that they can deliver the medicine with lesser budget but here patients will die. Great team keep it up.

Practo is something owned by doctors. You will not see the negative feedback of doctors as practo doesn't allow that... That means the feedback is not actual. If you can not allow us to put the feedback of doctors then the app is of no use. It looks like you ask for money from doctors to write good feedback... You are misguiding the people by not including the actual feedback.

After making payment and chatting with a doctor,that window is active for 24 hrs.There is no provision to pay and chat with another doctor during this period.Sometimes after consulting doctor of one speciality,we may have to consult some other doctor within a few hours for a family member.Please incorporate this feature.

I can see there are many complaints in feedbacks, but i never faced any inconvenience from this app. 5 stars from my side.
