Ratings and reviews

The doctor did not show up for the appointment. There was no option to raise that concern. Even with the chat functionality, they force you to select from provided options, and there is no option for doctor not showing up. Really no focus on customer, just trying to make their jobs easy.

Excellent app... Been using it since years. Great interface, intuitive UI, Easy to use and has made getting medical help So much easier without the travel, the waits, as well as the problems of needing medical help on a weekend. 10 Stars is what you truly deserve. Feature Request - Please include Veterinarians in your app. That'll be a Great Value addition.

Absolutely useless, rubbish and frustrating app. You cannot book an appointment. They always show an error. It has one job and cannot do it. What a time waste and traumatizing experience when one is already sick and trying to get an appointment. Either fix the issues or close the app. You guys are useless.
