Overall, the experience was good, especially thanks to the helpful and friendly staff who made the process easier. Everyone, including Sakshi, Ashwini, and Saroj, was very kind and proficient in their work. The doctor is very helpful too. The only suggestion is that they must streamline the process so that we can observe improvement happening, especially in cases where it's hard to detect.

It was one of the worst experiences I had. I number I was given wasnt able to connect and on top of it during my consultation time the doctor whom I had appointment with didn't respond. I wish they had zero star as an option but since u got to rate I'm giving one.

Paid and booked video consultation. The consultation NEVER took place. NO HELP response or reply to emails seeking refund. BEWARE. DO NOT fall into a trap. PS: After posting this review, Support got in touch and processed my refund promptly. Thanks. The support team was also apprised to make the App more customer friendly and provide reasonably priced medicine and products. Therefore, the Revised comments.
