Health monitor Schedules and keep a track on daily health related activities.
Its simple to use.
One can schedule (set reminders),
-> Exercise time
-> Breakfast time
-> Lunch time
-> Snacks time
-> Water intake
-> Dinner time
-> Sleep time
-> User can set goal and follow their diet
-> User can add food consumed.
-> User can track water intake.
-> User can track count for gained, goal and burned calories.
-> User can review graphs and charts of their progress.
-> User can import/export data in case of change of device.
-> Multi user can use same device with different login.
-> User can add exercise.
-> User can use pedo meter and also can track their run.
Health Monitor app will notify about the activity scheduled at a particular time and will encourage the user to complete the activity. Upon opting 'YES' for a particular activity the heart will be filled with colorful pattern and performing all the activities successfully the heart will turn to Red giving a sense of successful completion of a Healthy day.
From the top section of the Home page there will appear seven hearts for last seven days, which will show health related data for that particular day and on clicking left arrow button will take user to the calendar where one can see previous health related data.
Progress Chart will keep user updated about the current Health status.
