This loan app is extremely unethical and stressful to deal with. What they advertise as “easy and quick loans” turns into a nightmare once you take the money. The interest rates and extra charges are completely hidden, and the repayment amount suddenly becomes much higher than what was shown initially. The worst part is the harassment. The worst experience with Prefr for closing loan, the given customer care number is not available and on email they respond with inaccurate account details for which you can't make payment. When followingup on emails which is the only means to connect, inspite of multiple followups they don't even bother to respond. Worst customer service ever I've seen....

The worst loan app. They will say the money will be credited within 30 minutes of completing the application. but it was 2 days ago till now I haven't received the amount. Trust me they will call you many times before completing the application but after completing if you call them for not receiving the money they will tell it will credited with. 24 hrs and it has been more than 48hrs now
