Same. The app is bs. Any favorable reviews are rubbish puff pieces, period. Cannot get past 'Step 1', its such a bore when basic things like a simple app like this dont run properly. Theyre more concerned with having purchasers fork over data by registering than they are about helping their customers actually improve their skin quality. Lets hope the device itself is less jokey and less hokey than the goddam ( not a swear word! ) app. I AM MISSING POWER ADAPTER-ANYBODY KNOW VOLTAGE ETC ?

This app does not work. It asks for date of sale on the bottom line, but will not allow you to enter or advance to next step. Very frustrating.

Input registration info and it wouldn't go past that point.
