Awesome bank and the app is great as well. the bank is so personal, love ït.

the down-home aspect is nice and the fact that it's local is even better but the simple notion that we can't change our PIN numbers through the app is ridiculous along with the point that we can't contact any sort of support after hours of your business operations. with everybody knowing everybody in Cullman you think that somebody would help somebody. I'm assuming my "daily limit" wasn't set?? (or was set to zero dahrah's????)

11/1/22 The thing that bothers me is this app has issues from time to time where it's just not working and when you really need to transfer money from savings to checking the app just isn't working and it's like you have money but you can't use it because the app is down and this happens so randomly ..... 11/21/22 Update ...I'm here once again because the app is down again and I can't transfer money even though I have money... I'm about to start doing this everytime it happens... 11/25/22 again
