Each issue highlights a current theme that is related to the work in the preschool and to the educators' assignments. The aim is to contribute with business-related competence development through relevant subjects that are based on a scientific basis and proven experience. By highlighting current topics in the form of theoretical and practical perspectives, knowledge and inspiration are made possible.

With Förskoletidningen follows the appendix Praktisk pedagogik which is aimed at educators who want to drive and develop the pedagogical work as well as deepen and concretize Förskoletidningen's theme. It contains teaching exercises, discussion questions and inspiration.

The preschool magazine and Practical Pedagogy are politically and union-independent. They are published by Gothia Kompetens AB.
