Ratings and reviews

Impossible to login and impossible to change the language, everything is in French. Generally a badly put together and presented app, one of the worst I've used. Also the website is broken. PayPal payments get redirected to the French site (from the Spanish) which breaks the transaction. They obviously have no idea what they're doing.

I used to go for Amazon generally, but for several reasons I decided not to order on there anymore. I had to rely on several different websites to get things; sometimes FNAC, other stores, or some lesser known websites. I have used Rakuten and will definitely keep on using it. It's a very different platform which stands out: more customer-oriented. It certainly has great offers, and in time, it will establish itself well. A few things should improve, but I am definitely trusting Rakuten! 😃

Satisfied with this app, since the last updates. The new app is more user-friendly and corrections have been made. Been buying/selling for 10 months, never had any trouble with any of my orders. Interesting prices if you're buying being subscribed to the 'Club R', several days a month they have special deals. Just noticed i had to log in to the desktop version of the website to access some other features that don't appear on the app when i'm selling. Contrary to another comment i've read before, I always pay with Paypal and it works perfectly fine.
