Fun to check what your phone is capable of. Doesn't recognize Snapdragon 835 in the Pixel 2. Unfortunately you can't really compare to other devices in the list because it starts with ones that were released 2+ years ago (like the Nexus 6).
Very good idea to put battery Benchmark, but all of you with Amoled screens be careful, 3 hours on same page is long time not speaking about 20 hours. And to just get some statistics. What a missed option who is that crazy.
According to this terrible benchmark utility, my Android phone is half as fast as my 4.7ghz i7 4c/8t desktop processor and an iPhone 8 is just as fast. Best part is, while running the benchmark on my desktop I don't see any actual load on my system. This is by far the worst, most misleading method of checking CPU performance I have ever used! Might as well use MIPS or GIPS as it would be more accurate.
On my brand new Pixel 2XL it crashes on start up... automatically. As soon as I tap to open Geekbench 4, boom, Crash, Why?!
BS. Worked fine until 4.2.0 update, now crashes half way through Compute test... Also requires internet connection; ANNOYING!
Just about finished the long benchmark, and it gave me an error about not being connected to the internet. There was no possibility to resume...
Re-introduce Battery Benchmark.
