Struggling with UX here.. I have an account associated with an old local number anymore. Which I don't have. Accounts are also associated with email, yet the app doesn't let me reset the password, change the number or do anything outside of logging in. It just says 'nope, this email is already associated with an account'. And that's it. Dead end. So you don't want me to use tour service? That's fine.

Be rather careful when using this app since trusting the zones that are marked as available and being allowed to finish the ride without problems may result in you being fined. Not only I have had that unpleasant experience, but also I have had to pay some extra recharge because they didn't consider fit to send any warnings about it until 1 year and a half later, when a legal office got in touch with me to demand the payment. I definitively can't recommend the app.

very easy and efficient , just what you need , and you have options of the type of car you want , customer service always helpful
