It's only been two nights so I wish they made the time to try it out a little longer before they ask you for a review... But so far it's been great. I plug my charger in, turn airplane mode on, put my phone on the side of the mattress and go to bed. I noticed the difference in my body between regular sleep and sleep after taking melatonin; and then I actually SAW the difference. It's great to track bedtime habits to see what helps and get on a good cycle.
Only use the sleep tracker but its great and I love it! Not sure how accurate it is but still love it. Don't use alarm, dream journal(don't dream/don't remember dreams) or screen dimmer(didn't realize it existed), and don't use sounds as none are calm enough for my anxiety(the rainstorm would be great without thunder randomly throughout). But the sleep tracker part is great!!
The first time used it with my Xperia z5 I followed all the instructions and suggestions, popped it next to me on the bed and waited to sleep. I was amused to see the app switching between various sleep stages while I was wide awake and moving around. At one point I was tapping the screen trying to convince the app I was not in deep sleep but it wasn't having any of it. I was active, moving, playing around with the phone and watching the app record movements but the app was still insistent I had had a pretty good sleep throughout the entire period. The app is guessing. You tell it you've gone to bed so it waits a safe period of time before guessing you must be asleep and then records any large movements you make. This is not a good test of how well you actually slept. Nice idea but scientifically unsound and inaccurate.
I love the sleep tracker, it gives me a feel of just what I'm doing when I'm asleep. Apparently I have really crazy sleeping patterns. My movement graph is often literally off the charts.
Really like it. Unlike another highly rated sleep app, it doesn't force you to buy the full version but still comes packed with all you need. Not only is it good at monitoring my sleep and not only does it give me a sleep journal, it became my new alarm cuz of all the alarms features and how sleek it looks. Now it forces u I take it all back
The only sleep app I could find that gives sleep data as REM, N1 etc which should be useful, if I knew what to do with it. However, app is very erratic; after using it for several days, I found it DOES store all of the sleep graphs, but now cannot get them back. Also the instructions are very inadequate; do you need to save data? how to SET and what does this mean? I don't want music, or to be woken up, or to record noise, or to record dreams; just want to record sleep pattern so I can test this against life. Also, why is it called Sleep Tracker in apps list but PrimeNap on phone?
